Connect to your Shopify Store

This guide will walk you through the step-by-step process of installing the IntelliConvert chatbot, connecting it to your Shopify store, and enabling it within your store’s theme so it’s ready to assist your customers immediately.

Access IntelliConvert Dashboard

1. Go to IntelliConvert
2. Login or Create an account

Note: Your account must be approved before continue to next steps. Our team will review and approve newly created accounts.

Connect Shopify Store

1. Ensure you are logged in to IntelliConvert
2. Install the IntelliConvert app from the Shopify App Store.
   • You may also use the Get the App button in the IntelliConvert dashboard to open the app store.
   • Install the app, and once the installation is complete, you’ll be automatically redirected to the IntelliConvert Dashboard, and the integration will be completed automatically.
3. Once the integration is complete, you can sync products and pages by clicking Store Products and Store Policies & Pages. You can also add custom FAQs by clicking Custom FAQs.

Enable the Chatbot Widget

1. Open Shopify Theme Editor
2. Go to App Embeds
3. Find IntelliConvert
4. Enable and put the API Key Get the API Key from IntelliConvert Dashboard
5. Save it, and the chatbot will be visible on your storefront!
